Chase Bank

This location needs to hire more employees the cashiers are slow and they have a couple rude workers Ive been a customer with Chase Bank for 3 years.

Almost approximately 4 or 5 months ago I went to make a deposit at their ATMs and it was not reflected in my account at the time, it was a deposit of $330 dollars, perhaps for many it is not a lot of money... the fact is that they were replenishing my money since I made the report that I made the deposit and they replaced it every time I returned to complain. The fact is that according to them I never made that deposit and they considered the case closed and never gave me my money back. It's bad that according to them we put our money in one place. Sure and that's not the case... and the worst of all is that you can't sue, that's something very impotent, you can't do anything.

Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .
