Pacific Premier Bank

Redlands office- ATM had metal plate over it; thus, non operational. So, to enter bank I had to wait for door to be opened due to it was locked during business hours. Then, staff as lady is putting lotion on her hands informs me I can not withdrawal my funds from them, although they are the bank and refers me to BofA which is not where the assets are. This was the Redlands office and it was a waste of time.

Pacific Premier Bank on 2nd St in San Bernardino is a business bank with the personal touch. Kelly Wallen is a caring get it done banker. We need more people like her. She goes above and beyond the call and I feel the whole branch has the same attitude. As a former business owner I know how important the bank is! PPB gets it done every time. Thank you for making us feel special and taken care of.

I had happily banked at the now closed San Bernardino Highland Avenue Branch since it's opening. The service there was fabulous-staff always willing to address any concerns. As I do much business in Redlands, I tried the Redlands branch. My first experience was with a most unpleasant gentleman teller. Subsequent visits, I've thankfully had other very pleasant tellers. I then tried the downtown San Bernardino branch; and had fine experiences. Still, the personal connections have not been felt at either location-but hoping to establish some.

It appears Jerry Alcaraz, Assistant Vice President, just couldn't wait until 12/2/2020 as he promised to close my accounts.  I deposited most of my money into my new Bank of America accounts on 11/13, but left the accounts open since I am expecting a direct deposit on 11/20/2020. I trusted the accounts could be kept open until 12/2/2020 as Jerry promised in his first letter.  BUT NO!  I guess he couldn't wait to kick me out.   I just received two cashiers checks and both accounts appear to have been closed.   Now the direct deposit will bounce.  Should anyone trust Jerry Alcaraz?  Well its your money and in my opinion there is really nothing Pacific offers that can't be obtained at another bank.  Who needs to deal with this pettiness?
