This place failed to mention I had gestational diabetes until the last 2 weeks of pregnancy. I went in for an appointment with a new NP and she was like oh so how is the gestational diabetes going? Are you checking your blood? I asked if they had the right chart and they did but they thought that I was told already. This was all after I kept asking about my blood work. They also falsify your BP and had wrong information on my chart. They put I was a smoker (while pregnant). I dont even smoke when Im not pregnant. They have no idea what they are doing and have bad relationships with patients. They also mentioned that I couldnt have my husband with me during the birth because he got mad at them for neglecting me as a patient. Worst experience ever! If you care about the birth of your child and the health of yourself dont go here.

Absolute nightmare to get anything done!!! I've been calling every single day for the past 7 business days to make an appointment (before I go on vacation) on hold for more then 40mins every phone call just to be told "they" don't have the referral there or ready. Referrals take 2-3 business days to process once they receive it, and then the doctor needs to look over it?!?! Still don't have an appointment. PS: you can leave a voice mail for a call back, but if you miss it, then guess what happens next?

I went there, place is vacant. I called all locations. Like it's fraud or what? They don't pick up phone even at Carmichael location either

Dr Lindsay Dawson is wonderful.   Honest, Direct, Caring, and gives great advice.   She's in Sacramento and Carmichael.
