I'll rate higher when they can answer their phones promptly like professionals, instead of putting me through an automated voice loop til they decide to put me on hold. You're supposed to say "can you please hold a moment for *insert reason*" BEFORE placing the patient on hold. Currently on the phone right now needing to talk to receptionist because I just need to know my appointment time which I should've gotten a reminder call or text yesterday and AGAIN nothing. I would appreciate better customer service please

first time there, first pregnancy, there was a small wait time that you should probably plan to be there a while but the doctors were soooo nice here and they let me have an early ultrasound it was awesome! healthy baby and excellent doctors

This clinic dont even deserve to get 1 star. It was my first time there for my 3rd pregnancy and Dr. Roger(male doctor) is a rude and unprofessional doctor. Very judgmental and made me felt extremely uncomfortable. I was there for a very long time and i was being harrassed by him! Worse experience ever! Will never go there again!
