Oracle Construction and Restoration

My insurance company sent Oracle to check out a leak that had water coming up through the floor in my kitchen. Angelo was the epitome of a professional who came in, told us what was happening, what to expect, and made us feel comfortable that everything that needed to be done was being done. I only wish we could have hired them to do the replacements too.

We are beyond impressed with Oracle Construction and Restoration. Nico Ponce was our project manager; she was incredible!!! She was organized, kept the project moving quickly, great communication between us and the insurance company!!! Overall impressed!!!! Would happily hire them for any future projects! Thank you for making our lives easy !!!!

We were so lost when our mother's house was water damaged due to sprinklers going off. Tanya and her team came right in and put our minds at ease. We never had any experience with this before, so it was a great help to have them there to communicate the process and what needed to be done. They are amazing!

Oracle came to my home in tandem with the Fire Department due to a punctured fire sprinkler line in the wall. Desmond M was first on the scene and was beyond helpful. In addition to informing me of(and setting me up with) risk-free water mitigation materials, he also remained on scene to converse with me about my options specific to the plumbing, and acted as a shield from somewhat predatory plumbing contractors. Desmond's service, in my opinion, reached the pinnacle of professionalism and kindness. I have he and his team to thank for minimal water damage to my sheetrock, flooring, and carpet. i also believe that Jason (who was part of the team that came to collect the water mitigation devices) deserves an honorary mention for similar reasons. Desmond, Jason, and Oracle deserve much credit for their service.
