Michael from 911 Restoration Sacramento came to our home after the storm.  We had wall damage and carpet damage.  He left us with the fans and the machine that sucks up and drain the moisture out of the walls and floor.  He measured the water in our walls and floor and the level was ridiculous.  After almost awhile he came back measure again and eve was completely dry.  While Michael was out on other jobs he kept in touch with us to see how everything was going.  We really appreciated that.  Michael is a very kind and knowledgeable person, knows his job very very well.  If anything like this ever happens again we will definitely call on 911 Restoration for help.

Justin K came out to my property the same day I made the phone call and was very accommodating with my scheduling. Out of the few contractors I met in searching of a company with some expertise, Justin was the most helpful. He could have offered me unnecessary and costly services (Like other companies), but was honest and straightforward. I will be a returning customer.

We had a water damage in our rental property and 911Restorations team did a great job drying out the home for us after removing baseboards and carpet padding as needed and lifting the carpet. They were very professional and understanding about the issues and patiently worked with us and the tenant on resolving the issue. Their work was of great quality an home was fully dry. They measure the moisture content few times in the home and let the fans running as needed.We had to submit claims with insurance and they worked with insurance as well. Later we withdrew the claim for various reasons and 911Restorations team worked with us and tenants and patiently waited until the damages are fixed and we resolve the issues at our end with insurance/tenant etc. In future if we have water issues this is our go-to company.
