        Online didn't really give me the answers I needed for my questions I had so it didn't direct me to a number that was needed to call I just kept getting robots.

        3 hours holding on the phone, listening to that creepy music which gives me headaches. And still cant reach a person to talk to. Online chat service doesnt work either. Shows 1 person before you and hours later no response. Solution: schedule an appointment (or not) and come in person.
