        Terrible very terrible. I did everything to cancel my delivery. And was even given a confirmation number rest assured. And still the app my email. Notified me it made it there. Seriously fix the problem. Why ask me what the price of package and not return me money something. I'm sick to my stomach of FedEx. Sacramento California

        90% of the rep are rude. They do not acknowledge you and when you need help or a simple question answered they give the impression they are too busy to assist giving a very uncomfortable vibe as if they are unable to multitask if theres no one at the counter, currently being assisted Employees also chitchat amongst themselves behind the counter. whike customers are in shop instead checking to see if anyone on the floor needs help with the Technology
