        I was helped by the franchisee, Jennifer, for fingerprinting needs. She was helpful and knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we were having struggles with the system. She maintained her genuine, friendly demeanor while troubleshooting and multitasking with the other customers who had questions. I never felt rushed or a burden during this interaction. She shared with me shes been in the same location for 35 years. Not surprising, considering the service I received.

        I have consistently been very satisfied with the service and have been going here for several years. Staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Im in and out, and even when busy such as over the holidays, staff work very efficiently and the wait is not long. Kudos to the owner and staff.
