I have been waiting for my package for several days despite paying for expedited shipping.
The driver first claimed they had the wrong address.
A flat lie that any simple google maps lookup shows.
They never called, texted, or emailed me for any updates.
The next day (today) they claimed I wasnt here to sign for my package.
Another lie.
No text, no email, no call, no one at my door.
This is unacceptable.
I will NEVER order from any company that uses them for shippig again.
Theyre the worst.

They dont even deserve 1 star. The worst of the worst there is. Absolutely no responsibility and no communication of what happened to my packages. Stay away from this company.

No communication, no guidance. I have been on hold for exactly one hour waiting to talk to somebody about my delivery. You would think when a signature is required they would provide updates. I signed up for SMS updates and never got them. So when they show up at my door randomly I am of course not home. Now I am unsure where my package is or when it will be delivered. I dont know how a business can be so unorganized. This is the third time I have had an experience like this. I dont believe I will be buying from the retailer that hires GLS for their shipments anymore. The way they run their business is almost laughable.

I wish I could give negative stars. The driver said he couldnt get in the gate to my complex. All delivery companies have a code to enter. Its usually universal. My phone number was also on the shipping label and they didnt even attempt a call to me. It now seems I cant even get through to customer service to advise gate code or that I will pick it up. Worst of all, I had my phone number in for tracking updates and never received one. WORST delivery service This is the second time

I waited two weeks to have a delivery sent they were delivering my package when no one was home in the morning or after we had gone to sleep by 9 they said they lost my package and I had to buy package insurance wouldnt contact the retailer completely unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would.
