Very slow service. There was a line all the way out of the door with the entry bell beeping non stop as someone was standing in the door way, and the 2 workers were taking their time with no rush at all and even stopped to chat together a few times.

very good customer service, Markus is one of the best, he is very helpful, friendly and polite, even if somebody else will help me or do the self service, he will always greet me and say hi, and to other customers. Everyone here are very nice. My favorite UPS store.

At the UPS store here in Sacramento (Store 5111 on Del Paso Rd.) Markus and his coworker were extremely friendly and accommodating in helping me get a marriage affidavit notarized. More impressive, they provided a great service even when they were multitasking with a lot of people in the store asking for help as well. Thank you so much, fellas!
