I am so happy that I have a unit with All star storage on Folsom Blvd the staff there are very welcoming and very professional and they have a system that They work with that has out beat any other storage place I have been To They are like Family and They really care thanks All Star storage and family I would recommend any one To your business I appreciate it

Would give 4 1/2 if I could. The half star deduction is for not reopening their bathroom. Understandable they closed it early in Covid but at this point it's ridiculous. People are there for quite some time on occasion. Beyond that, Mr. Martinez's one star review from four years ago is not reflective of my experience. The woman who has worked there for the past few years is very nice. I've had wine in a sub basement locker there for probably close to 20 years and have never been told where to park. He's right that maneuvering the carts can be tough but not nearly as much as he suggests.
