        THE WORST!!! ISSUES WITH RATS, AND RODENTS. THE DAY I MOVED IN THE CEILING WAS LEAKING, POOLS OF WATER ON THE FLOOR WHICH IS DANGEROUS FOR MOVERS. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. UNPROFESSIONAL, MANAGER SCREAMS AT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE HE'S HAVING A BAD DAY.

        It takes time to get into new storage and paperwork is not a 5 nor 15 minute session. But Michelle is pleasant to work with. Unit and facility is very clean.
