Octavio was exceptionally helpful, knowledgable, and efficient. The other person (sorry, didnt catch your name!) was also really great and helpful. Nice facility, clean, easily accessible, and many size options available. So far a great experience with SmartStop.

I would like to give a shout out of THANKS to the staff at the Location on Mills Station Road, Rancho Cordova California. The "new" guy, Michael called me today to complete a reservation. He caught me at a bad time and I wasn't so pleasant with him in the beginning of the conversation. I got confused & frustrated on the reservation. Michael was very professional & calmed me down. So whoever is training him, they have done a great job! Also, I want to mention Jordon,&Tim. I have had in person interactions with them and they have always treated me well. I have witnessed what the staff has to go through with some people that are not nice to them. They continue to keep their composure and professionalism with the situations. As for any other staff at this location that I have not interacted with, I am confident that they are the same character. As for those reading this review, if you are looking for storage don't pass this place! Check it out.
