Extra Space Storage

I was lost in Sacramento trying to find the airport and they let me park my car there for a minute and sort it out. Very compassionate. If I was from Sacramento and had stuff to store, I'd strongly consider them. Just because of their attitude.

I have rented 4 different storage space at bayou way since year 2020. Price gouging continued through out my time here. I complained to manager Stefanie she has such poor skills that she gets angry when you complain about price gouging. I went a step further complained to district manager Daniel. Daniel has said to me when I complain about price gouging it creates a hostile environment. So he gave me a 30 day notice last month to move out because he said when I complained it broke the agreement. I always paid my rent on time. This place does not value the customers. No wonder extra space bought this location last month. Daniel and Stefanie both need to go. They both have destroyed the trust of the customer. I will never recommend life storage to no one. Daniel and Stefanie both show how weak the corporate office is. Left messages for corporate office. No one called me.
