Hi Marcy, this is Kristen, the owner of Pure Barre Pavilions. Our studio memberships operate just like most gym memberships, and our team is always transparent in communicating our policies, including the 30-day notice to cancel upon joining our community. It looks like you purchased your membership online, which expressly states the following: How To CancelIf your recurring dues membership is month-to-month, you may terminate this Agreement at any time without paying an early termination fee by providing your studio of enrollment with written notice 30 days prior to termination. If your Initial Term has not yet ended, then you may still cancel your membership with a 30-day advance written notice but you will be subject to an early termination fee. All bookings require a 4-hour cancellation notice. Please login to your personal portal on our website or the Pure Barre app to make changes to your reservation. Failure to cancel will result in the following: Class-credit members will lose a credit; Unlimited members will be charged $15 for a Late Cancel or $20 for a No Show. After this is disclosed, in order to sign up, you have to click "I agree to these terms and conditions" before payment is processed and membership is activated. I certainly understand the frustration in the timing of your cancellation, but we hold all members accountable to managing their accounts by the same studio policies.
