"one minus two equals negative one," my son announces proudly. I'm not sure if my five year old truly understands what that means yet, but either way I am so happy and proud of him! I absolutely love the education he is getting here, as opposed to other places that offer more of a 'daycare' type environment for kids this young. the teachers here are outstanding, loving, and very good with all the kids. this place is a true gem!

My nephews attended this preschool and loved it so much that they wanted to go to school on weekends! This school is a great example of what Montessori classrooms should look like. Clean, orderly and with real Montessori materials. The staff is very friendly and professional as well.

After months of being away from this school and processing it and speaking with other parents, it's time I right a current review of this place. Understandably, this occurred during COVID, however it does not provide an excuse. So first, if you have a problem, the owner will become the "victim" and not provide adequate solutions unless you continue to advocate for your child and push for change. Many parents have shared unpleasant similar views of her. My son was hit multiple times by another child and saw a teacher slap another student (although they couldn't confirm it). Some teachers are far better than others and support learning and encourage it. From other parents, the baby side is far superior than the toddler side. From my experience in the toddler side was lacking in many areas. My son made friends and that made me happy. He learned to work with adults of varying kinds, as well as children. I stayed to finish the school year, because the enemy you know is better than the enemy you don't. My son was made safe after the incident and so he stayed. Otherwise, in my experience, I do not recommend this place. How they handle situations is poor and inadequate. If you need a daycare, you can try it for yourself.

Exceptional daycare and Montessori School for a very reasonable price. My husband and I toured 6 daycares in the area with infant programs and did a tour with the director. When we took our tour I didnt know much about the Montessori Program, but have since become a fan of the approach. My husband and I come from very different back grounds, but after touring the school we looked at each other and both said, Wow! We would love for our child to go here. After touring all the other schools, we also couldnt believe the price, $800 per month cheaper than Cadence Academy, and $500 per month cheaper than Cottage Kids for infant care, and we liked this schools approach much better that either of those. It can take a long time to get in, so get on the waitlist early. We were on the waitlist for a year and were so happy when our son was accepted. I was originally thinking that if we had the money I would prefer a nanny in our house vs taking our infant to a daycare, but now that I know about Marconi Montessori I would choose them over any other care in a heartbeat. Our son loved the school right from the start. He hardly had time to say goodbye he was so excited to play with his friends, the teachers and toys at school. One thing that impressed us about the school is the organization of the rooms, they are all clean and very organized, designed to provide an educationally stimulating environment without overwhelming the kids. We toured the preschool room and several of the students were doing math games on their own and very excited to show us how they put away their toys. Ms. Fiey in the infant room runs a tight ship. She is the lead teacher and she got our son on a schedule when we werent able to do that a home. She got him taking 2 to 3 naps a day on the Montessori infant beds, used the baby-led weaning approach we requested to give him the food we provided, works to reinforce the baby signs we are working on at home and gives a detailed report at the end of the day. Our son is also very attached to Ms. Ashley, and on several occasions cried because she was having so much fun with her he didnt want to come home. Additionally, I have been very impressed with the schools response to the COVID pandemic. They stopped school to meet with licensing, followed the licensing guidance and have re-opened for essential families while providing virtual offerings. The Director also convened an emergency parent advisory board and has been working around the clock to keep us in the loop and make sure the school continues to run. I cant say enough good things about the school. We are extremely impressed and so happy to have our son in school here.
