Dr Singla was very professional, informative, but at the same time was very caring,he even called me on a Sunday after my surgery to see how I was doing,when was the last time u heard of a Dr doing that

I am more of a driver to get to this place. However, it's within driving distance. The staff there are kind and courteous and attentive to your needs.

Very clean and super compassionate people here. One young lady assistant in the back went out of her way to hold my hand during a rough procedure! She must have known i was there alone? Honestly some of the most empathetic humans Ive had the pleasure of meeting.

Never thought in a million years this would happen to me but now Im cancer free and in remission. Thank you to Mercy Cancer Center for helping me through this journey with hands down the best staff ever!!! Ill never forget how I was taken care of, its not easy but they all made the road smoother.

I was under Dr. Singla's care and from what he says he removed the cancer. If this is true I am grateful ! However from the moment I was referred to his office my pain , my anxiety was totally disregard. I feel as if they didn't see me they didn't hear me and my life didn't matter . Lauren is doctor Singla's medical assistant she refused to communicate with me from day one .I had no idea what was going on she would not call or email nor would she get on the phone if I called with questions or concerns. I complained to doctor Singla before he did my surgery he insured me that he had a great team and communication would be better . After surgery I communicated mostly with Shelley and she was amazing she listened to my pain. Honestly I felt like she was the only one who cared about me In that office. My healing process has been stressful I spent almost every other day these last few weeks calling the doctor office, for my Partners FMLA paperwork. Lauren refused to call back or get on the phone she insisted on communicating through a chat she had with the front desk which I find to be extremely childish! EDD told us that she filled out the wrong paperwork for FMLA so they mailed us the right paperwork. I turned it in and waited a week to hear from her so I could pick it up . Lauren never called or emailed me anything regarding the paperwork. When I went to the office the doctor didn't sign. I asked why? Front desk said because it had the wrong date on it . And I was thinking wow such a easy fix why not just call me and let me know . It was a honest mistake . My bill's are behind because we both been off work me healing and my partner doing her best to take care of me. This office has assumed me and my partner wants to live off disability and FMLA . We have both returned back to work and couldn't wait. I feel like my Skin was not the right color! I needed help and support this office failed me #AllLivesMatter
