    Shoddy service, no shower assistance as no worker available, blood pressure equipment out of service, they had to use mine. Misinformation as to location was never corrected, nurse was on vacation, so unavailable. Definitely a waste of my time when help was needed after release from skilled nursing.

    My mother has been receiving services from Advanced Home Health for several weeks. Great experience for my mom and amazing customer service when we call the office. The Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS), Katia, along with Ashley, have gone above and beyond to ensure my mom's medical needs are met. I would recommend Advanced Home Health to my family and friends.

    Nurses dont show up or the manager gives lip service. They discharged me without telling me. And I never got to see a nurse cause they were always demanding that I have my appliance replaced in the afternoon. Which it should be replaced in the morning. I agree with all of the negative reviews here. Stay far away from this company.

    Your loved one deserves to be loved not pushed towards hospice. Unreliable. Missed appointments. Canceled appointment. 3rd party answering service called me racist for asking if he was working for a 3rd party or directly with AHC. Your loved one deserves to be loved not pushed towards hospice. Get them out of this system asap. Demand it! Keep calling, ask for managers and supervisors. They will not call you back. You must remain on hold waiting for a supervisor!! Twice the call got "disconnected" when I asked for a supervisor. Good Luck, get your loved ones in better care.
