image My wife & I stay at The Westin every time we visit the grandkids. The General Manager Ryan Opatz goes above & beyond in customer service. His staff is very friendly, professional, & attentive! This is our Sacramento home when visiting and so glad we found it!!

image This used to be a favorite. Not anymore. The room renovation is horrible. The new pillows and linens are bad. The room smells weird. We were not expecting a renovation when we arrived. Services were cut, we arrived late and couldnt get anything to work. In very tiny print at the bottom of our reservation was an advisory. Apparently this absolves the staff from having to provide any level of service. The person working check in was not at all customer service oriented. She was rude. We have stayed here six times. But this time will be the last. Never again.
Rooms: The Renovation is horrible. The new pillows are very uncomfortable and the new linens cheap. The furniture not comfortable particularly the bed. Im so sad. We used to just love this place.

image Terrible service. We ordered room service and after 1hr didn't arrive when we called they said we need to reorder but it going to take another 40min we don't have time for that and all our day plans were moved and some cancel for this.
