ITS FINE FOR A NITE FOR FLIGHT NEXT DAY..A BIT DATED..NEEDS WORK BUT THE ROOM WAS DECENT

I give their website lots of credit. Convinced me to book a room for an overnight stay while in town for an event. We arrived mid-day and were disgusted by the drug use in the parking lot, and there were people climbing the back fence, coming up from the river. There was no way we were staying, so we drove through the parking lot, and directly to another hotel.

The only reason why Im giving 3 is because of excellent service upfront these employees/ maybe owners belong in a 5 star hotel setting, if you want to be in crackhead ally this is the place. But with that comment being made they have seemed to do a great job at keeping them out. The rooms for remodeling is the best that can happen for what they are working with maybe a new paint job outside may help with curb appeal. House keeping needs training I believe one of my towels was just picked up off the floor, folded and put back on the rack I could immediately tell the towel was dirty when I went to dry off my face smell dirty and looked dirty unlike the other towels. Now pillows they are half pillows so 1 pillows per bed split in half to make 2, devastating. Front end made up for it and gave us 4 more we were very grateful.

After driving 14 hrs had problems finding the place everything is still branded LA Quinta. Finally found it and no towels in the room. Go to the front desk no clean towels on a Saturday night. I would never stay there again.

Rooms are clean very surprised the rooms weren't run down and not alot of outside traffic
