        The financing process was a horrible experience. Even the construction turned out to be a mess. Many homes in P1 were built with an incorrect fence line. We were not informed that these homes are ZERO lot. Even the construction crew didnt know until they started building our home and explained its a ZERO lot home. 1st year we had to call in repairs that were pure negligence on the construction crew. Missing nails to secure floor boards that cause creaking throughout the 2nd floor. When people came out to perform the repairs, one guy came to cut the carpet. JUST cut the carpet. Then we had to wait for another group of guys to come separately and drive nails into the boards. Then once they were done, we had to wait the next day for the carpet guy to come back and put the carpet back in. Made absolutely no sense. Also, with all the rain this year, our new construction is with leaks already. Worst customer service experience with this builder. Would not recommend nor go with this builder in the future. Definitely do your research before you decide to buy to see if the hassle will be worth it.
