Ive been going to Day 1 for well over a year and it has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made. I used to do 24 hour and Planet Fitness, and those were great but I didnt really know what I was doing and it was hard to be motivated to push. Coach Cait has been such an inspiration and huge help in my fitness journey. Shes knowledgeable, supportive and so much fun. The community at this gym is something I didnt know I needed and now cant live without. We all have so much fun together and I have some really great friends come out of it. And theres no macho bro feeling there. Just people of all fitness levels who want to be healthy and have fun working out. If youre looking for a new gym, at least come check us out. You might find a new home like I did.

Caitlin is INCREDIBLE. I have a very tumultuous relationship with the gym, but shes given me a new lease on it. She makes it easy to integrate, learn, and get pumped about your workouts. Shes knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and creates a beautiful welcoming environment where anyone can thrive. I could not recommend her and Day 1 any higher. :)

Day 1 has been a life changer for me! Coach Cait is the best and she really cares about the members. Her programming has really allowed me to see fast changes in my fitness and I have met some really great people at the gym. She definitely promotes functional fitness and makes it easy to incorporate it into your everyday life.

I started at Day 1 Athletic Club a week and a half ago and I love it here. Cait (the coach) is very motivational and pushes you to reach your goals and more. Ive had a hard time finding a place where I felt comfortable but this community is very friendly and always cheers each other on. If you are looking to start training somewhere, start here

Day 1 is an amazing place where anyone of any skill level can come get stronger, healthier and more comfortable in day to day life!
We are all learning something and we get to do it together! There is a true sense of community at Day 1 Athletic Club and I couldn't be more proud to be apart of it!
