I love OTF overall but this studio sadly is the worst. I've visited 10 other locations across the country and if this location were my only option I would cancel my membership immediately.
I only go to this location when I'm out of town. I literally only go when Tawni is coaching. She is welcoming, she corrects form, and she has the best playlist out of all the coaches.
This studio's front desk staff aren't welcoming and give off the air they'd rather be somewhere else or that they overall hate their job.
I have taken classes with 4 coaches at this location. Only one is welcoming and strives to know members by name: Tawni, the MVP.
Overall, this studio lacks diversity in both members and staff. They give off a very entitled vibe yet their studio is quite basic in size and equipment.
Although, I wouldn't recommend this studio in particular I do recommend OTF.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coach was great. High energy. I love that everyone is just getting their workout not worrying about the next. No judgment here! Recommend if you like group workouts.
*Bathrooms are all gender 1 person bathrooms. Same for showers. They stock the bathrooms with air freshener, deodorants, hair ties and more.

Really enjoy this locations studio. My wife and I like to come on the weekends for Coach Tawnys classes - she brings a lot of great energy that makes you want to crush the workout. Highly recommend this studio if youre in the area.

Joining orange theory has been a great experience. The classes are challenging, fun, and always different. The coaches are motivating and also supportive, giving variations to exercises and encouraging you to listen to your body. There is a positive, welcoming, and safe community here. I enjoy going to classes and working toward my fitness goals.
