Honestly this place is a really crappy place to work to make extra income. They do points so if your family member passes or your car broke down you lose points no matter what. I had to alter my schedule so much because there would be weeks or months they never called me to go in and of course randomly they would on the day I couldnt but didnt alter my schedule because I was never getting called for that time period and boom lose points. If you arent available from 7AM to 6 PM and dont have your mile radius to 80 miles and above to work in different cities you arent gonna get called. Even if you put full time be prepared to not get called for a week or two. Highly dont recommend sadly, I wish I was able to stay but they were not understanding at all.

I did not like working for this agency. I was hardly called for assignments even though I was available to work all day. The ladies were rude when they called to give you assignments and gave you a hard time if you couldn't work. No summer work either.

I like the flexibility of the position. With that being said, what I don't like is the point system. To me it's very punitive. They have no compassion if an emergency should arise like a family member passing away. You still lose points if you cancel your assignment. There is another agency that using the points to reward you for positive feedback from an assignment. CCC needs to look into providing a more positive environment for their employees.

This is a fun place to work that offers flexibility and has a good work life balance.
