Worst agency , Im currently working in Construction Innovation. It has become apparent that new hires are being brought on board with significantly higher salaries than long serving, experienced employees such as myself. They make you to do more but they dont pay you enough.

The people that did the interviews are actually really nice people and they should be the ones that's actually running the building at the row I will take building where you perform all of the duties that need to be done in the warehouse because when you get to the warehouse It's a total different vibe everyone is in their own lane and they don't like to help or show you how to do things and it seems like everyone gets agitated very quickly and the head boss which was a short lady that said she was the head of everything she was the main person that was very disrespectful and very rude I've never met someone so rude and disrespectful in my life especially someone that's supposed to be in a higher up position and I was a manager before they got the job to work for them and I never treated my employees like that for the most part I enjoyed doing the job because it was really easy and good hours but the attitudes and the treatment by the managers and the employees were horrible out of over 30 people in the room only one spoke to me
