This place makes it hard for job seekers. A lot of us don't have the time or resources for them to continuously request documents or information from us that will take days to obtain. On top of that many of the employees lack experience. It is a very awkward feeling and environment in the building. They should really think about putting some background music in there.

This place is in a former car dealership and your gps directions might seem confusing when you arrive because their signs are small. I felt like it was clean, friendly enough staff, and easy to walk in for a free typing test.

They moved at the beginning of July, they haven't bothered to update any of their information. They insist on getting the last four digits of your social just to proctor a typing test which I find ridiculous. I understand that you have government funding, however security is an issue and they can't even provide proof of security for that information.
Staff are aloof and unhelpful.
