The worst store in its industry. The wait is at least 40 minutes, people are sitting around doing nothing and not collecting the order.

Worst customer service in the industry, call any time after 11AM and hold times are a minimum of 30 mins, and lots of times they will transfer you to sac where you will get hung up on. Unfortunately we have to go through sigler for factory parts so they have us by the balls, I use RSD for anything that I don't have to get from sigler. Was on hold with sigler once for long enough to make it to there parts counter was still on hold when I walked in and when I got there there was no line and nobody was on the phone they were just sitting around. I asked if they were ever going to take me off hold they had no good answer for their Incompetence
