Southgate Glass and Screen

Don’t waste your time with Southgate glass buyer beware Many issues with the cascade windows they recommended. Jim in sales told me that cascade windows are middle of the road meet & potatoes windows & screens. That you can’t go wrong. I trusted Jim when he told me That if there was any issues with the windows or screens he would personally take care of it. He lied The window frames have turned yellow in less than 3 years The screens have frayed and pull tabs are broken when I tried pulling the screens off to clean them. I talk to Raphael at Southgate glass about the screen issues And he told me I was SOL That I needed to contact Cascade windows. With any issues. I told him what Jim had said about taking care of these issues Rafeal didn’t wanna hear it I spent 10,000 on these windows and screens. They are not worth the money Southgate glass does not stand behind what they sell I would not trust this business thank you
