Sturgeon Construction has a great reputation for providing low bids on commercial projects. Owning much of their construction equipment keeps their costs lower than firms that must rent. They are not out to nickel and dime the developer in change orders like so many contractors. Every member of their team is a delight to work with. As a project manager in an architectural firm, i had the pleaure of working with them on many building and site commercial retail projects. Every project they were involved in was completed on schedule without change orders or problems. Highly recomended.
