If you are reading this I strongly suggest you rent elsewhere. I had a reservation at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, the employee who helped me make the reservation told me that they close at 5pm. When I arrived, I discovered the store has already closed. When I finally managed to contact someone over the phone, they told me the store closes at 4pm. You may notice in the picture I included (I couldn't get any closer they have a large fence around the perimeter) that it appears they don't even list a closing hour, that the hours are 9:00am to __:00pm. After all this, the person I spoke to on the phone tried to imply I was late, which was very offensive given the apparent lack of a consistent answer. I don't understand how I could have made a reservation for 4:30pm when the employee making the reservation said 5pm is closing time. Their departments (reservations, customer support, and the store itself) seem to be wildly out of sync, if they even communicate at all. I am now unable to get the truck I already reserved, and might even get charged a $50 "no show" fee.

Made an online reservation and the locations hour are different than what is listed, resulting in a reservation time (12:30pm Saturday) made after they were closed (noon).
