Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So I made a reservation on Monday for a Friday 730 pick up. They had no car available. I waited an hour and a half someone to go pick it up, and then it wasnt cleaned so I waited another hour. HORRIBLE service, but the people that worked there were nice. The only reason they didnt get 1 star. If you can rent from a different location Id do that.

Fast and friendly service the location is kinda inconveniently placed. However the staff is excellent

The staff here really went out of their way to help me have a good rental experience, which was especially nice considering the fact that I only needed a rental because my own car had been rear-ended and was being repaired. They helped me get a Tesla Model 3, which is the same model as my own car, and still the insurance was able to cover that. I was initially given a BMW to drive, which was fun, but really wanted Tesla to replace my own since I have a charger at home. I'm only removing one star because I had to call 8 different Enterprises in the Sacramento area to find a sedan to rent (instead of an SUV or minivan) and none had any! That's why I had the BMW initially since they only had a luxury sedan available. So all in all good experience but they are not the best option if you want a sedan.
