Surprised at an abysmal return policy. We got a pair of shoes as a gift but we realized they were too small. Out of necessity our kid wore them for a couple of hours and then we took them in to return. We were told that they were too worn and won't take them back. They wouldn't even do a partial refund for us. The attendant was really unclear too for a minute it sounded like she would let us process them. She could have been much more clear, instead it felt like false hope

Really miss the old management. It changed this past summer and especially the blonde lady, short hair is extremely rude. Janie and jack should probably hire someone nicer, considering how much money customers spend on the clothes there. Most likely not gonna shop here as frequent. Employees can really ruin the experience for you.

Worst customer service.I order clothes online in the store and they supposed to send to me next 3 days and newer came,and after 2 months newer get my refund back.Worst Store Ever
