        Associates are always so welcoming. You're greeted as soon as you enter and are told about any promotions and new arrivals; we love our local Janie and Jack!

        I was the least happy with the manager who was not helpful, in addition to being rude and sarcastic. I wanted to exchange and item that had a sagging lining after the first wash. I guess this was not enough damaged for her, because she suggested that the item didn't have a whole. When I ask to talked to someone else, she said well " there is no one else, I'm the manager" I guess district manager doesn't exist. Now, I am stuck with and outfit that looks like I about it at the second-hand store. This is not the quality or service that I expected from a place like Janie and Jack.
