        Very upset with this bank. I reported fraud on my account. They stated they might credit my account in 10 business days but then they stated it takes up to 120 days to complete the whole investigation and I might not get that credit back. I would be very upset because I did not make that purchase that I reported as fraud and to not get the credit back? So basically saying someone can use fraud on your account and you the victim will have to pay for it. I'm looking into a new bank that treats their customers better with fraud on their account.
