Dr. Lopez, when in the office is very personable. He is attentive and he will treat you with kindness and care. My issue with this office is that I have had many times where I try to call and they are not in office. Then when I do gets through to someone, the wait is too long. I called today about an issue I was having and they hung up and never called me back. I called their office again and they were already closed. It is not okay to leave patients hanging and to keep them waiting only to have the patient keep having to call back in order to get some assistance. I’m going to be fair and say that I’m very upset right now, because I needed medical help and was hung up on. But that still doesn’t excuse it. They should do better.

Good Doctor.He takes His time with you.Good personal doctor .When you visit this Doctor ,He does not treat you like another number.He tells the truth, because they all care about there patients .Es bueno este doctor.Ronvanveen
