Dr. Po-Long Lew, Do

Very bad experience !!!!!!!! I m the new patient there , I wait like 3 hours then see the doctor. The consulting room they send to me is like a utility room! A lot of boxes and two refrigerators! The doctor also not that professional , i even don't know what he is talking. The staff over there also with bad attitude , no any patient . I call them at 9:00am in the morning , the auto phone message say they are not open until 9 am . I call them after 9 for ten times during 9am to 10am , finally someone pick up . And told me call them back !  ??? Not go this place !!!! Please ! Run !!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr. Lew is the best doctor and has a heart of gold! The office staff is lovely and it's very much a family environment. As soon as I walk inside the clinic I feel accepted and relaxed.I find Dr. Lew to be very proactive about helping before the problem starts, not just treating the problem once it's already there. I also like that he thinks outside the box. He is constantly teaching me things and that's because he is constantly learning himself! It's SO important to find a doctor that is willing to continue learning as the health care world evolves and Dr. Lew does his research! And Lastly, he is very patient as I tell him about issues. Feeling heard and understood by the doctor is very important to me. Thank you to Dr Lew and medical staff.

Super long wait, they do all kinds of stuff here even X-ray but the doctor don't know how to read it.  They just do it for the elders insurance so they can make money. Like to give you all kinds of pills so they can make money out of it as well. They also like to help you apply for all kinds of things that elders don't really need.  Oh yes... they charge $100 for singing his name for disable parking permit $100.... Insane! Other doctors will sign it for free if you are disable. They only care about $$ they don't care about their patients! Copy of a medical record is $40.... Everything is about money.  It's a joke.

Hi yelpers, please don't go to these people there are no good doctors there called there office to make an appointment the girls are off they can put you on hold for hrs. Also I went in as a new patient because I had complained about my conditions my doc said sounds like your anemic you need to go for bloodwork and I was kinda worried so I took his advise and took the blood work no calls from doctors or girls at this time I was still so nervous so I called quest myself they said they can't release information which I totally understand so I kept on calling the doctors office begging them to tell me what's wrong so they just said we can email You the results okGreat got my results but honestly I didn't even know what's what. The only thing they said was I had night cholesterol so I panicked and started eating healthier. Bottom line is I thought I had depression so my mother and husband kept on taking me to the hospital to get evaluated at this point I kept on having seizures so they tookMe in got mri and had discovered I had a brain tumor. Surgery the following day. Thanks god I feeling much better now.
