        Now, I have been to VCA's before and do hold a bias towards the corporate owned vets as I have had a horrifying experience in the past. However, my experience here was so positive words really can't describe how I feel! I feel bad, but sorry, I forgot names, my head was a mess during this emergency, but EVERY STAFF MEMBER including the receptionist and the doctors were respectful, kind, and went above and beyond to help. I had an appointment with another vet, but my 20-21 year old cat couldn't wait for the appointment as she had a UTI that was becoming extremely threatening. The staff here got her in right away and again, words can't describe how thankful I am. My cat Blazy is doing 1000x better thanks to you all. I hope some or all of you see this review because THANK YOU! Seeing the bad reviews, it seems like a pattern of different employees or something because the rating they have, as of right now, DOES NOT reflect the actual care I received.

        New Year's Eve my cat was obviously dying and with a friend l took him to your hospital but was halted by the desk clerk demanding $1000.00 before even asking me what the problem was The cat was put on oxygen l said goodbye and my friend stayed with him to hold him while they administered the shot I agreed to the cremation deal but 5 weeks later , not even a call I did get a sympathy card that first week the cheapest card lve ever seen but l was greatful What l don't understand is why the woman wanted 1000$ at the door , maybe because it was New Year's Eve or did she used to work at the MUSTANG RANCH in NEVADA ?!
