        Two stars for lack of communication. This location does not return messages in a timely manner, and we werent even told it was going to be temporarily closed due to no vets.

        Dr. Stone is the best! She is so caring with our pets. Our dog Buddy will be 16 years old in February. Excellent care!!

        I like most of the doctors and staff but there is not enough people. Phone calls arent retuned and scheduling is next to impossible. They are so short staffed that they closed all other close locations and they are still only able to be open a few days a week. I had a much different experience in Southern California where there are a lot more locations. I was grateful for this service when I was young and moved around a lot but I will never use this for a future pet. Also make sure you get insurance on top of your plan. Its not enough on its own.
