Thanks to coach Erik who is nice, patient and have a sense of humour which makes the bjj training more fun and interesting. I would definitely recommend him as bjj coach and you will learn a lot from him! Till next time coach. Cheers

This is the first time I've taken any classes for BJJ, and I thought it was going to be a lot harder, but Erik is a great trainer, he knows how to make things easy to understand and goes through detailed steps in ensure everyone is grasping the content fully. From my experience, he an awesome trainer, and an even better guy, I highly reccomend anyone who is interested in learning jujitsu to come here.

Started training Jiu-Jitsu again for the first time in a while at SLL! My first month training under Eric has been amazing. He is an extremely knowledgable teacher that gives an awesome amount of attention to his students!
