I have worked with Mardi about my insurance for years! i refuse to go to anyone else! She has made everything easy and fast! Setting up insurance was clear and easy i was able to walk away with an extremally clear understanding of all of my policy's. i have multiple with her. she is very responsive for any questions i have and could possibly have in the future. I recommend Mardi to all of my friends and family as well!

I have had my insurance with Liberty Mutual since 1982. Mardi McSwain is my agent. My coverages are automobile, homeowners, flood, and most recently pet insurance for my cat. Mardi has been easy to reach, right on top of my needs, making sure my coverages are complete, best possible, affordable, and suggesting additional options when available. Anytime I have any questions, she’s just a phone call or email away. If something’s not right, she fixes it. If something doesn’t make sense, she clarifies it. Mardi is a good person who cares about all people, not just clients, but everyone. She’s a Good Samaritan. I feel like a red-carpet customer with Mardi because she always knows who I am and what my coverages consist of when I call. Everybody should be lucky to have Mardi as their insurance agent, neighbor, friend, family member, colleague, etc. I’ve had only two claims in all these years, and my experience was top notch in both cases. The adjusters were friendly, easy to work with, wanted to help me, made sure I’d receive money beyond my deductible. I think Liberty Mutual is the best insurance, and Mardi McSwain is the best agent.
