    Earlier this summer, we received a letter of non-renewal from our homeowners insurance due to fire hazard.  We had been pleased with our previous insurance broker...until we needed them!  Not only did they fail to notify us of the change in our policy, but once I reached out to them, apparently they had been aware of the issue for some time and had failed to contact us.  Even after the communication, I never heard from them again as to a new policy or any other type of coverage offerings.Thankfully I had met Bill through the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and he had recently turned into a client of my website company, Wicked Graphics.  I called him because I knew him and outlined the situation. His carrier, Farmers Insurance, did not view our home as being in a fire zone. Farmers has an approach that takes into consideration more variables from a given location to determine fire risk. They don't just designate a whole zip code as "dangerous" .We moved our Home, Auto, and Umbrella policies to Farmers, and had him take over the management of a specialized collector car to attain a one-stop-shop. He took care of notifying our previous carriers and agents so I did not have to.He was able to reduce our insurance outlay by a 35%, and we were very pleased by that.We all hope the worst never happens, but I am extremely confident that Bill will be there to support our coverage needs if the time ever does arise.

    My Farmers insurance broker William Whitney, is a amazing broker that helps his clients very well with dedicated professionalism. He stays in touch to assist with any issues you may be having. I would highly recommend Mr. Whitney to be your broker if your out shopping around so your not being tossed around like other insurance brokers would. You would be treated like family and he would actually stay on top of things in case you miss your auto insurance payment. Last thing you want is to be riding/driving around not insured because you forgot to pay your Bill kinda like me LOL we're all human and we forget once or twice to insure your covered. But not with Mr. Whitney he'll send you notifications to remind you so your policy does not laps. I wish the insurance industry had more brokers like Mr. Whitney. Mr. Whitney has been my broker for years and I don't plan on leaving him or Farmers any time soon because of it. I'm truly blessed on having him on my side for all these years.     Really upset with this company. Renter's insurance. Every month it was a different amount. It kept going up. So I changed companies. I received a letter stating that I needed to provide new coverage to cancel. I mailed it in. Then I received another letter saying pay now or show proof of insurance. OR disregard if already sent proof. So I disregarded. THEY sent it to collections.
