My business is not a FAN of this company. We hired them to clean our building, and they did a horrible job. There was so much dust build up, we just couldn't believe that they just came in the day before to clean it. One of the building owners had to constantly go back and clean the bathrooms again. ServiceMaster Clean was not a very good company, plus to TOP it off, they OVER Charged for their services, and would sneak in extra fees. Every time we brought something to their attention, they said "if you want US to do a better job, then you will have to pay more money." Anyways, I would never do business with them again and I would tell anyone else "Do not do business with ServiceMaster Clean!!" Follow up: I want to share that the reply from the business owner is incorrect. This is the ServiceMaster Clean Janitorial service location that cleaned the building at my work. Again, the building owners had to personally RE-CLEAN where ServiceMaster just supposedly cleaned. This business does not provide a good cleaning service, plus with COVID, I would be afraid of their cleaning process.

Our office building has used Service Master Janitorial Solutions in Rocklin for several years. We appreciate their quick response time whether it's supplies we need or questions about our service. They provide quality checks regularly and have offered additional cleaning on high-touch areas during COVID. Always friendly and professional, we highly recommend them!

We've had Service Master here in Rocklin for over 5 years now and are never disappointed with their cleaning service at our office. They do a top notch to get our staff off on the right foot with a clean office every monday morning. Their customer service is amazing whenever we request additional service. Definitely recommend for your commercial cleaning needs.

We have had ServiceMasters clean three of our facilities for several years. They are honest, fair, and get the job done without a fuss. When we want to get something done that is beyond the scope of our cleaning contract, they have always been helpful to get that done. During COVID, they have been helpful in communicating what products they are using and how they work. It has been very reassuring to have them cleaning our facilities.
