My mother purchased a cabin in Pine, Arizona that I manage for her and my biggest concern was finding a responsible and professional cleaning service that had experience with short term rentals.  Yvonne and her team are fantastic! They have a lot of experience with vacation rentals and she has been a sea of knowledge for me.  She is very professional and her attention to detail is on point! The cleaning of my mother's cabin is always immaculate.  She has a great line of communication with me and is always quick to respond to my texts .  She follows a very extensive check list I gave her to ensure a warm welcome for all our guests. If I have any last minute guests I can text her and tell her to set-up for a specific guests needs and she does it quickly and with a great attitude.  I highly recommend her services. Yvonne is the best cleaning service I've worked with in a long time.

Yvonne was so responsive and helpful. She relieved all my anxiety about same-day clean needed for my Airbnb after my regular cleaning person had an emergency, so she couldnt do it. For context, between my husband and I, we called about 12 cleaning services (businesses in Pine and Payson) and left several voicemail some which advertise themselves as 24-hour Service to no avail. In fact, none of them returned our calls, except for Taylor Maid Cleaning Services. Yvonne not only returned my call quickly and professionally, but she was honest about the quick turnaround expectation. In my main line of work, as an Analyst who lives by analyzing business trends; response rate, performance ratings, reviews, etc. I know that they care about delivering prompt customer care & quality service. I saved their info and if I need cleaning services again I will contact them. Indubitably recommend the Taylor Maid Cleaning Services team should you need their services! Service: Standard cleaning
