        This place is super ghetto and WAY BEYOND SLOOOOOWWWWWW!! The pickup window is pai fully slow...slower than a snail and yet 2 workers at the regular counter and won't come help...doesn't make any sense...can't you or the Supervisor figure out how to rotate work or move employees to other areas where they are needed?! So unnecessary!!

        Extremely long wait for package pick up. Three employees saw us waiting and said "we'll be right back" but nobody attended us for over 30 mins. Very bad customer service.
