I was referred here by my treating doctor because he is also retiring. I have been calling for 2 weeks now trying to get an appointment and no one answers or returns calls, very unprofessional! I walked in to see what the issue was and was told to call the main office in Orange county and no one answers or returns calls!!! There communication is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with!!!!

I was referred here for treatment for a tear in my meniscus I've been calling all day nobody called me back finally got somebody on the phone and she tells me it takes 7 to 10 days to put the referral through their office and then another five to 10 days to get me an appointment not a very good first impression looking for somebody else

Refered here by my specialist that is retiring. These people truly cannot communicate or make a decision. Everything goes through an office in orange county. The orange county location will not return calls and if you walk in to the riverside office they hand you a card with the orange county office number and say their is nothing they can do.
If you are in pain and need treatment or pain management these people do not care enough to help you. Find another specialist!

I was out of pain completely for 5 days, the muscle spasms gradually came back and now Im having a nerve ablation looking forward to it.
