I was just on a break eating my lunch in there empty parking lot in the middle of the day and was told to leave right away this there customers parking wen the parking lot literally had one car and I was told with an attitude wen all I was doing was eating my lunch

Bad service. I call before drive 30 minutes to my apoiment to confirm and when im outside they just cancel me .

Dr. Dhalla behaves as a Professional and has great bedside manners.The only issue I have encountered was with his office staff. The person who greets patients at the door always looks like he is angry. His spouse who runs her own department has yelled at me more than once. That is one time too many. There was a delay in service because she was waiting for a letter. I advised her the letter would be mailed to the Hospital and not her. She is incompetent or green behind the ears.

This review is strictly for the office staff. Anytime that i have been there the young ladies were very rude and and looked like they hated their job. When asked a question they just mumbled one word responses or just stared. Like why are you bothering me. I am asking for a new referral

This place is a joke. I dont know how they keep their license to practice. My wife went their at least 9 times, once a month, for severe back pain that I think is nerve related. He never ordered an MRI or other testing beyond the XRay from the primary care physician. Every visit was a waste of time. Take our copay first of course, ask how she felt, tell her to bend over and touch her toes, run his fingers down your back and ask if the touching hurt at all, which it never did. Wash, rinse, repeat for 9 months. It finally took going to a pain management doctor to get the MRI that showed what was going on. The entire time my wifes pain level was a 7 to 8 and all he ever gave her were anti inflammatory meds that work slightly better than aspirin. They are a prefect example of whats wrong with the medical industry today. No interest in really helping. They just want you subscribing to what they are pushing. Stay away from this place!!!!
