Unfortunately office staff is incompetent. Made appointment three months in advance because of no openings. Received call asking us if we knew what doctor we were seeing and needed to make more time for appointment. We called back inform them of date, time, and doctor. Never got a return call saying it had been changed.  We arrive to be told we missed our appointment. Plus we would be looking at two month wait to reschedule.

This place is very unprofessional.  A lot of things going on here, that aren't legit.  Staff gets too personal with patients.  Drs. are always late, nurses feel they are over worked, and will tell you all about it.  nursing staff bribes the patients.  They will tell you if you bring them starbucks, you don't have to wait, they will get you right in.  They are very serious.  I thought she was joking until she informed me, she wasn't.  There are always issues with the billing to insurance co .  Drs could care less about you,  told my Dr. I felt he was giving me too much pain meds. and he told me, its ok, you don't know how many of my patients come just for the meds.  Really? I don't know what else to say, but stay clear of this Quack office.

I have had an MRI and it revealed I have a torn meniscus in my knee.  I am applying for a physically demanding job and need this fixed before the medical portion of the application process.  I got a fast appointment and informed them I do not have insurance and will be paying with credit card.  I also told them I have a torn meniscus, and they instructed me to bring the MRI CDrom for the Dr to review.  On checking in they took my credit card and kept it until I checked out, no problem, but first time for that.  The problem was I met with Dr. D'Arc and he did his review and said with everything I did up to this point, surgery would be my next option.  But then told me he is leaving the practice and going out of the country for awhile and when he comes back he will be at another medical practice, he said he would not do the surgery and I would need to meet with another surgeon at Community Medical Group to get them to review my MRI and do the surgery.  I asked him why I have to pay for his visit when I have to meet with another surgeon anyways? ? ?   He said it was the office people and he would see how soon another surgeon could see me and he never came back, the nurse came in and said I could get an appointment with another surgeon in three weeks.  I asked if I had to pay for that appointment and they said yes as I will use that Dr.'s time as I did today.I called the office manager and left a message and didn't get a return call as of yet.  I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they agree with me on this incident.
