I wanted to come check out these new builds. I called ahead of time and Garrett answered the phone. He was very kind and upon arrival he greeted my family and I and showed us the model home options. Thank you Garrett for outstanding customer service. We are planning a return visit to see the other models!

Just had the most absolute worst experience trying to check out model homes with my siblings, disgusting customer service racial profiling my family just because we looked too young and said she only wants to deal with serious buyers! This was the most awkward, rude and uninviting experience Ive ever had looking into model homes This employee was rude, incompetent, worthless and sarcastic. I recommend staying away from these model homes or looking in any and every other direction away from this company. i come from a family of professionals that worked hard in school so we can look at homes in our 20s my sibling graduated college with 2 degrees and works at a engineering company that probably triples her income. Unfortunately people see someone young and hispanic and think were just low class with no money. Service: Consultation

Just wanted to check out model homes with my siblings but lady at the entrance was very rude and unwelcoming. I am contemplating calling management on this employee. Its very heartbreaking because my younger sibling worked really hard in school to get a good job & save up only to be treated like that.
