        I just bought a manufactured home on November, it's March now and I still have the blue tapes all over the ceiling, walls, doors, windows. Actually in the complete house.

        Quality is substandard. They use pressboard for some of the exterior trim (which rots easily), the floors squeak, the dont put an access panel where the hot water tank and electrical panel are, and the flooring is cheap and of poor quality.

        I bought a home brand new and upon initial inspection, I reported that the roof needed to be looked at because the tiles didnt look right. With all our rain weve been having, I had a severe water leak in my home. Ive been trying and trying to get a response from the manufacturer, but it just feels like Im talking to a brick wall. I am more than willing to cooperate and I would understand if there was a delay to repairs for x reason, but to not have any sort of correspondence or even an acknowledgment that this is being taken seriously is absolutely frustrating! I am very saddened and disappointed because I was very much looking forward to enjoying my home, but instead it has been a nightmare.
